This exciting new role will focus on teaching Year 7 and 8 students working at primary level, building secure foundations in phonics, reading, writing and core numeracy to accelerate progress and enable full access to the secondary curriculum. 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly phonics and numeracy. 

  • Has experience closing gaps in literacy and/or maths. 

  • Is passionate about inclusion and raising achievement. 

  • Wants to help shape and develop a new provision with whole-school impact.
